The Sanctuary Lofts
The Sanctuary Lofts preserves history while providing a new urban community for Texas State University students. Momark repurposed a 78-year old church sanctuary into 43 one-of-a-kind units, plus amenities that capture the history of the church, including its stain-glass windows, high ceilings, and a chapel, and then added approximately another 140 units, all within one block of the University. The Sanctuary Lofts provides the students with an urban, walkable lifestyle in the heart of San Marcos, Texas.
